Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain Concepts of Operations (CONOPS).
• Perform high-level system design including specification of system requirements.
• Develop installation, integration, and acceptance test plans.
• Assess existing organizational processes to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate with customers and project teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
• Define and communicate a shared technical vision for solutions.
• Support systems engineering activities across the system lifecycle.
• Provide technical input to planning and risk management activities.
• Prepare documentation and briefings for stakeholders.
