Job summary

Trideum Corporation seeks a Senior Systems Engineer to advance MBSE views and SE&I efforts for a multi-domain test environment. You will develop MBSE models and define capabilities needed to support operational testing of MDO systems at the Killeen office with one remote day per week.

The role requires 10+ years in engineering with DoD familiarity, strong communication, and experience in Agile environments. Some travel is possible; candidate must be a U.S. citizen with active DoD clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science or CS plus 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
• Background in developmental or operational testing.
• Experience with Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) and replicating MDO environments.
• Exposure to Agile software development.
• Exposure to software system architecture definition and MBSE.
• U.S. citizenship and active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Familiarity with DoD systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trade studies including cost-benefit analyses for cost-efficient systems.
• Identify stakeholder and user needs; design UAF/DODAF views for new or improved systems.
• Derive and manage requirements for government action plans in MDO environments.
• Perform SE activities: requirements, model development, design docs, verification and validation.
• Support MBSE processes using standard toolsets for evolving mission needs.
• Coordinate with program management to prioritize objectives.
• Maintain MBSE requirements baseline across engineering areas.
• Assist in managing software interface requirements and definitions.
• Less than 25% travel may be required.
