Euronet Worldwide in [City, State] is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to maintain secure and available infrastructure across Windows and Linux servers, multi-domain Active Directory, virtualization, backups, and monitoring. You’ll work with global IT, Network, and Security teams to resolve complex issues and support employees across offices and time zones.

This hands-on role blends ongoing operational tasks with infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• At least five years of IT experience, including hands-on systems administration or infrastructure support.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• The ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently, prioritize work, and follow through as needs change.
• Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across offices and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Maintain multi-domain Active Directory and virtual/physical servers (VMware/Proxmox) with backups (Veeam).
• Coordinate Windows patching and Linux updates with security guidelines.
• Troubleshoot network access issues with network engineers across Cisco environments.
• Maintain SolarWinds and Grafana monitoring to identify infrastructure issues.
• Partner with Security to remediate vulnerabilities identified by Qualys.
• Administer cloud-based Jira and Confluence with Atlassian teams.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and cross-train colleagues on systems and procedures.
