Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and support infrastructure including network, hardware, database, and system software components.
• Analyze business problems and recommend technology solutions.
• Assist with root cause investigations and provide recommendations.
• Design and implement security, architectures, and compliance standards.
• Modify and test vendor software to improve performance.
• Document enhancements for ongoing management of systems.
• Troubleshoot and ensure system reliability and availability.
• Lead small projects and coordinate with team members.
• Integrate hardware and software into cohesive systems.
• Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure to prevent downtime.
