Job summary

Dine Source is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the AF Civil Engineering section of the AFLCMC BES organization. The role requires strong systems engineering and communication skills to provide full-spectrum CDT services for CE's automated systems at Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex, Montgomery, AL.

Responsibilities include reviewing architectures and CONOPS, updating program documents, validating environments, creating network diagrams, and coordinating with AFNIC and vendors on vulnerabilities

Qualifications

• Must have a Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Expertise in JAVA and SQL with 3–15 years of experience.
• Performs all functional duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Review and update logical and physical architectures.
• Review and update System Architecture CONOPS.
• Review program documentation including CDRLs from support contractors.
• Update the System Engineering Plan and Tailoring Worksheets per BCAC and BPD guidance.
• Validate development/test/production environments against Government parameters.
• Create network diagrams and flow charts using Microsoft Office tools.
• Support validation of MICT and BES Operation Baseline Database (BOB-DB).
• Collaborate with vendors and AFNIC to validate vulnerabilities and patches.
• Maintain certification status for COTS software and track EPL records.
• Assist license management and DevSecOps pipeline oversight as required.
