Firestorm is seeking experienced Systems Engineers in San Diego, California. You will focus on developing new variants of a fielded platform, ensuring high engineering rigor while collaborating closely with an expert team.

Ideal candidates will have at least 7 years of hands-on hardware development experience, a systems engineering mindset, and proficiency in CAD, preferably SolidWorks. This role requires U.S. citizenship due to security regulations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on hardware development experience from concept through production.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR regulations.
• Proficiency in CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development across xCell variants.
• Tackle sustaining engineering challenges on fielded systems.
• Elevate engineering rigor in a growing team.
