We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Systems Engineer – EO/IR Processing to support one of our premier programs. In this role, you will collaborate on the design, development, prototyping, integration, testing, and performance assessment of radio frequency (RF) or electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) signal processing algorithms and models. These technologies support mission-critical products and new business initiatives by extracting and processing sensor data for calibration, noise reduction, object detection, acquisition, tracking, classification, and sensor fusion. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to develop innovative signal processing solutions that enhance system performance and mission effectiveness.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
