Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical product development.
• Leading systems engineering teams or engineering lead roles.
• Experience architecting embedded systems and hardware/software integration.
• Experience defining and managing product requirements with stakeholders.
• Proven leadership in guiding architecture decisions and best practices.
• Strong verification/validation and test planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the overall technical solution for new product development projects.
• Generate technical requirements based on customer needs and tradeoffs.
• Develop system architecture with modular subsystems and interfaces.
• Provide high level system context to engineering teams and validate outputs.
• Maintain the technical project schedule with the project manager.
• Drive subsystem completion and ensure integration and fitness for purpose.
