Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing, building, and debugging electrical interconnects.
• Knowledge of industrial and embedded interfaces and timing distribution.
• Experience reading/writing schematics, wiring diagrams, ICDs.
• Experience with test and measurement equipment (oscilloscopes, analyzers, DMMs).
• Strong debugging across SW/HW and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary projects to completion.

Responsibilities

• Define system-level electrical interconnect architecture and routing constraints.
• Derive and document electrical/communication requirements in ICDs.
• Own subsystem communication architectures (Ethernet, CAN, USB, camera links).
• Lead interconnect projects and manage cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain EMI/ECM and signal integrity budgets.
• Define tests; execute experiments to validate budgets and performance.
