Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance required.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience in systems, software, or hardware.
• Experience with requirements development, hardware/software integration, and verification.
• Experience with development, integration, and test of complex systems on air, sea, or ground platforms.
• Experience with test execution, test plans and procedures.
• Experience creating trade studies and analyzing technical data.
• Strong communication and leadership skills for multi-discipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide program support across the development life cycle from concept to validation.
• Work within a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) to deliver high-quality systems.
• Advocate modern development processes to improve product quality and team productivity.
