Innovative Systems & Solutions is hiring a hybrid DevOps engineer to drive infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and cloud-native operations for DoD-related projects.

The role focuses on Terraform, Ansible, Python, Kubernetes, and AWS, with emphasis on GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD for end-to-end delivery. Candidates should bring strong collaboration skills and experience in archiving scalable, secure environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 20+ years experience descriptions are not applicable to this ad; focus on DoD terms are excluded here.
• Experience leading systems engineering and DevOps integration is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop infrastructure as code and automation scripts to provision managed services and build tools.
• Install, configure, and tune Kubernetes and cloud-native logging/metrics (Elasticsearch, Grafana, Prometheus).
• Manage GitLab CI/CD pipelines with GitLab runners and Argo CD for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Collaborate across teams and with stakeholders to ensure reliable, scalable cloud deployments on AWS.
