Job summary

TransTechSol, LLC seeks a Senior Systems Engineer for an on-site role in Annapolis Junction, MD. You will design, implement, and maintain complex systems supporting compliance-driven missions and DoD standards.

You will lead system architectures, perform engineering analysis, mentor teammates, and collaborate with mission owners and cybersecurity specialists to ensure performance and documentation alignment with DoD policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20 years of systems engineering experience in Federal programs.
• Bachelor’s degree requirement with 5 years substitution allowed for the degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain complex systems for DoD compliance programs.
• Document system architectures and develop technical roadmaps; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Mentor technical team members and provide advanced troubleshooting.
• Ensure alignment with Department of Defense policies and standards.
• Perform systems engineering analysis and support system administration activities.
