Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on systems engineering experience.
• Experience decomposing and managing technical requirements.
• Knowledge of traceability, interface management, and verification planning.
• Experience across mechanical, electrical, firmware/software, test, manufacturing, and programs.
• Security clearance (active or prior) preferred.
• Excellent technical communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, decompose, allocate, and maintain system-level requirements.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, firmware, test, manufacturing, and program teams.
• Maintain requirements traceability and verification matrices.
• Support architecture development and interface definitions.
• Define verification methods and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in design reviews and project readiness activities.
• Mentor junior engineers and improve processes.
