Archer, in collaboration with MANTECH, seeks a motivated Systems Engineer for our team in Linthicum Heights, MD. The role focuses on protecting secure systems within the Cryptographic Solutions Program and MPO's network security products, providing expert engineering support.

Responsibilities include directing hardware/software development, planning SEPs/SITPs, and supporting DoD C&A processes, with heavy emphasis on requirements tracing and cross-discipline coordination.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or 19 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is required.
• 14 years of relevant systems engineering experience (or related cyber/software engineering) required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, integration, and testing of complex hardware and software systems.
• Support SEMPs and SITPs and ensure alignment with system integration and test plans.
• Support DoD Certification and Accreditation (C&A) planning and testing.
• Derive and manage lower-level requirements from higher-level allocations.
• Contribute to SE documentation: SEPs, ICDs, and Interface Control Documents.
• Coordinate action item resolution for CCBs, design reviews, and test reviews.
