Job summary
Fidelity is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to provide production support for enterprise applications and infrastructure, applying DevOps and SRE principles across Kubernetes (EKS/AKS) and AWS Cloud environments. You will use CI/CD tools like Concourse and Jenkins to promote code and monitor services with CloudWatch, Datadog, or Splunk, while coordinating with teams on incidents and releases.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in a closely related field with relevant production support experience.
- Experience delivering production support for cloud-based apps and batch cycles.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management.
- Proficiency with AWS, Linux/Windows, and enterprise monitoring tools.
Responsibilities
- Provides production support for enterprise applications and infrastructure.
- Develops testing, validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
- Monitors incidents, assesses impact, and deploys changes to enable features.
- Analyzes and fixes issues with other tech teams across environments.
- Assists in crisis management for major outages and communicates status.
- Collaborates with development groups on problems and releases.
