Bcore in Warrenton/Tysons, VA is seeking a senior Systems Engineer to architect and implement modern infrastructure across cloud and on‑prem environments. You will own end-to-end system reliability, performance, and security while guiding migrations and enhancements.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of hands-on systems engineering, strong experience with Kubernetes, Linux, PKI, and CI/CD, and a proven ability to lead across infrastructure, platform, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of related systems engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current systems and document as-is architectures.
• Design future-state architectures and detailed engineering plans.
• Lead end-to-end implementation and modernization efforts.
• Collaborate across infrastructure, platform, application, DevSecOps, security, and data teams to own reliability and performance.
