Qualifications

15+ years' work experience in technical roles with a Bachelor's degree.
Experience designing cloud-native architectures across multiple cloud providers.
Proficiency in writing efficient SQL queries; ability to originate JupyterHub notebooks and guide users to optimize queries.
Experience designing and operating cloud-native architectures and big data systems.
Ability to lead engineering discussions across teams to implement mission-critical strategies.
Familiarity with agile development, testing, and data security/compliance.
Experience with centralized security controls (LDAP, encryption, auditing).
Experience with data types including relational, NoSQL, and object storage.
Experience with IT service management and SLA measurements.
Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes) and multi-account AWS environments.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement software systems based on requirements analysis.
Perform feasibility evaluations and propose improvements to systems.
Develop and maintain system architecture, security documentation, and solution code.
