Job summary

TLA seeks a skilled Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure. You will ensure reliability, performance, and security while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust technology aligned with business goals.

Key duties include design and implementation across cloud and on‑prem environments, automation, monitoring, and strong focus on security and compliance. A Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT)
• 3–5 years in systems engineering or administration
• Experience with Linux and Windows Server
• Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V)
• Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Scripting in Python, Bash, PowerShell
• Networking fundamentals
• Ansible or similar CM tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement secure, scalable IT architectures across cloud and on‑prem environments
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability; optimize for high uptime
• Automate repetitive tasks using scripting to improve efficiency
• Perform root-cause analysis of incidents and diagnose hardware, software, and network issues
• Implement and maintain security measures including firewalls, access controls, and encryption
• Collaborate with developers, engineers and project managers; document configurations and processes
