Job summary

Patriot LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer to drive hands‑on solution development, validation, and integration efforts across projects. You will collaborate with engineers and delivery teams to build components and major solutions, communicating requirements and providing accurate time estimates.

The role also involves troubleshooting, creating design concepts, and producing documentation. A BS in CS/CIS and cloud platform knowledge are preferred; ITIL v3 is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience in Systems Engineering.
• Bachelor degree in CS/CIS desired; certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google).
• ITIL v3 certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on solution development, validation, and integration efforts.
• Communicate requirements with staff/clients.
• Perform technical implementation tasks and deliver on schedule.
• Troubleshoot issues during project lifecycle.
• Develop design concepts and time estimates for custom solutions.
• Propose cost-effective operational improvements.
• Create documentation and reports for deployed systems.
• Provide SME leads for Tier 3 support on critical issues.
