Job summary

An Am Law firm in Houston seeks a Sr. Systems Engineer to develop, integrate, and support enterprise applications with a focus on Intapp Open & Conflicts, Dell Boomi, and SQL Server reporting.

You will design, develop, deploy, and maintain integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data accuracy across financial, HR, and records management systems while coordinating with internal teams and vendors. This full-time hybrid role requires hands-on experience and a proactive approach to delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on Dell Boomi experience, including independently developing, deploying, monitoring, and troubleshooting production integrations.
• Experience configuring and supporting business-process workflows, preferably Intapp Open.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, SSRS, SQL queries, stored procedures, and views.
• Working knowledge of SSIS and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).

Responsibilities

• Configure, develop, and support Intapp Open & Conflicts workflows, business rules, and application enhancements.
• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise integrations using Dell Boomi.
• Support existing integrations using Intapp Integrate, Integration Builder, and SSIS.
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and SSRS reports.
• Troubleshoot application issues, integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance problems.
• Maintain integrations across financial, HR, document management, and records management systems.
• Support Intapp Walls, including Legal Hold and Confidential Matter functionality.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, upgrades, and production changes with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain technical documentation, integration mappings, and support procedures.
