Qualifications

• BS degree or higher in an engineering-related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience with avionics, cabin systems, electrical, structures, or systems engineering.

Responsibilities

• Leads a cross-functional engineering team focused on project execution for Avionics or AP&S Modifications.
• Identifies risks, issues, and opportunities; develops risk mitigation and issue-resolution plans.
• Resolves complex cross-functional technical challenges and leads Technical Design Reviews.
• Navigates certification efforts with FAA and EASA personnel.
• Collaborates with Program Management to develop integrated project plans and schedules.
• Assesses changes to the Statement of Work and negotiates impact on deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules.
• Supports proposal activities by reviewing SOW and defining overall effort for certification and configuration management.
