Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team seeks a Systems Integration and Test Expert to support planning, integration, test, and validation of Autonomous Collaborative Platform (ACP) systems within GAME. This senior role requires leadership, deep technical expertise, and collaboration with government, industry, and partners to assess technology readiness and integrate solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in autonomy development or related fields.
• Experience with autonomy integration, AI/ML, robotics, or advanced mission systems.
• Exposure to Modeling & Simulation concepts & standards (e.g., JSE, AFSIM, MACE).
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes (requirements, integration, verification, validation).
• Familiarity with software development & requirements management tools (GitLab, Artifactory, Nexus, JIRA).
• Hands-on with container technologies (Docker, Podman).
• DoD acquisition or military aviation program experience; active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Support simulation-related analysis, requirements development, and systems engineering activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional AF/LCMC teams, user communities, and autonomy experts.
• Support integration plans, interface definition, verification strategies, and test approaches for autonomous systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including operators, engineers, and acquisition professionals.
• Execute simulations to evaluate system effectiveness under operational scenarios.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear leadership recommendations.
• Maintain flexibility to adapt roles to customer requirements.
