Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is expanding its team to advance development work, customer projects, and product deployments. ASI delivers autonomous robotics solutions across multiple industries and interfaces with OEMs through remote control, teleoperation, and full automation.

The SE III role owns requirements engineering for full system areas, leads technical reviews, drives safety integration, and mentors junior engineers, serving as the primary technical contact for assigned systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Mechanical or Systems Engineering or related field.
4–7 years of hands-on requirements elicitation, generation and management.
Certifications such as INCOSE SEP, CPRE Foundation Level (IREB) or equivalent preferred.
Proven ability to deliver requirements-driven work products through full product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements engineering for full system or feature area with minimal supervision.
Coordinate with Systems Architect and Dev Manager; drive KPI tracking and safety integration.
Translate product goals into detailed, traceable requirements and specifications.
Develop and baseline ICDs for subsystem and vehicle-level interactions.
Lead design reviews and ensure traceability and test plan coverage.
