Job summary

Northstrat, a GRVTY company, in Aurora, Colorado, is seeking a Systems Engineer to design, develop, and integrate a new product that meets customer and technical requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of complex systems in a fast-paced Agile environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or a STEM field, 8–10 years of experience, strong Agile knowledge, hands-on cloud experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or STEM field required.
• 8–10 years of systems engineering or related experience.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe).
• Hands-on cloud experience (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Scripting and automation skills (Python/Bash or similar).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• System Design: Develop and document system architecture, components, and interfaces.
• System Interfaces: Identify key integration points and interface requirements.
• Collaboration: Work with product managers and software developers to align objectives.
• Agile Development: Participate in Agile ceremonies to support team goals.
• Integration & Testing: Support integration with external systems and testing.
• Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve system issues with testing.
• Documentation: Maintain system documentation in Confluence, diagrams, use cases.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability.
