Vantor is currently seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our Falcon team. This role can be performed remotely within the continental United States. As a Vantor team member, you will have the opportunity to closely support our mission partners, and your work will have a direct impact on delivering reliable, mission-focused systems that enable timely operational awareness and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you'll work closely with software engineers, data scientists, end-users, and customer stakeholders to design, integrate, and sustain scalable systems that support complex mission workflows.
We are a multi-faceted software development and data science team working to build, integrate, and maintain analytical capabilities and supporting applications for mission partners. Our diverse background of experience in mission support, research and development, software delivery, and operational integration serves as a catalyst to solve unique and challenging intelligence problems. Prototyping and frequent, iterative feedback are core to our delivery approach, anchored by a need to ensure accuracy, reliability, scalability, and timeliness in support of the customer’s mission.

The successful candidate’s starting pay will fall within the salary range provided below and is determined based on job-related factors, including, but not limited to, the experience, qualifications, knowledge, skills, geographic work location, and market conditions. Candidates with the minimum necessary experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skillsets for the position should not expect to receive the upper end of the pay range. The base pay for this position within California, Colorado, Hawaii, New Jersey, the Washington, DC metropolitan area, and for all other states is: $180,000.00 - $210,000.00.
