Job summary

Leidos is seeking Systems Engineers to join our growing team and support delivery of critical programmes within the UK Air Traffic Management domain. You will define requirements, develop system models and architectures, and work with stakeholders, users, and suppliers to deliver clear engineering outputs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of systems engineering within complex environments.
• Experience with architecture modelling tools and frameworks such as SysML, TOGAF, MODAF, ArchiMate, Cameo, or similar.
• Ability to develop requirements, system models, and design artefacts.
• Strong collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience assessing technical solutions and supporting design decisions.
• Understanding of service-oriented, virtualised, or cloud-based environments.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.

We are looking for Systems Engineers to join our growing team and support the delivery of critical programmes that will help shape the future of UK Air Traffic Management. Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll contribute to systems engineering activities across the full lifecycle, partnering with stakeholders, users, suppliers, and architects to define requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality engineering outputs.
