Job summary

CoreCard, now part of Euronet, is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in the Atlanta area to lead production operations and infrastructure initiatives. You will design, deploy, and support enterprise networks, servers, and virtualization environments with a focus on availability and security.

Candidate should have 5+ years in Windows server administration, VMware ESXi, and network engineering, with strong troubleshooting and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience administering enterprise Windows server, network, and virtualization environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience configuring and supporting VMware ESXi, virtual machines, storage, and virtualization technologies.
• Proficiency with Cisco and/or Dell networking equipment, VPN technologies, TCP/IP networking, subnetting, and network troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, vulnerability management, and enterprise security best practices.
• Working knowledge of PCI compliance requirements, network security principles, and infrastructure hardening.
• Experience managing hardware procurement, software licensing, and third‑party technology vendors.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

• Participate in an on‑call rotation to provide after‑hours support for critical systems and emergency incidents.

CoreCard is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer located in our Atlanta office. This role will provide primary expertise in support of production operations and project work related to networking and infrastructure. In this role, you will work on the strategy, deployment, implementation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of critical production systems and corporate support systems. The position requires a strong network engineering background, pragmatic operational expertise, and experience with support of production 24x7 systems.
