Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with troubleshooting across Linux and networking.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex day-to-day troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure issues (Network, Storage, Servers, OS, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Participate in Customer, Partner, and Internal team deployments with international travel up to 25%.
• Own and personify the infrastructure operator persona experiences defined in Google Distributed Cloud air-gapped product.
• Participate in the 24x7 on-call rotation to support escalations from client deployments and internal reference deployments.
