Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Math or CS, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in engineering with electro-mechanical systems.
• 5+ years of technical/engineering experience.
• Understanding of active safety systems, vehicle performance and ADAS.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deliverables.
• Strong technical and non-technical communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in or lead a multi-functional development team with software, system engineering, product management and key hardware partners.
• Analyze and negotiate requirements with internal and external stakeholders throughout product development and integration.
• Be the hands-on end-to-end capability owner testing and integrating system and feature level capabilities using simulation and vehicles.
• Triage and analyze test data from simulation and vehicle testing to guide development prioritization and requirement refinement.
• Form test cases to enable a validation test plan traced back to feature requirements.
• Communicate issues effectively and support solving problems while prioritizing workload.
• Apply technical understanding, critical reasoning and structured problem solving for rapid decisions.
• Adapt to an agile development approach with quick changes to deliver solutions.
