Job summary

You will brief leaders and sponsors, contribute to R&D proposals, and collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment. Required are a relevant Bachelor's degree, 3–5 years of systems engineer experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with modeling, simulation, and SysML.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related field is required.
• Master's degree preferred; demonstrated experience in system engineering is essential.
• Experience with digital engineering or MBSE frameworks is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform system engineering tasks from requirements to deployment.
• Develop and present technical analyses and design trades to leadership.
• Contribute to reports and adapt to changing program priorities.
• Work within multi-disciplinary teams and support MBSE workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System processes.
