Davidson is seeking a Principal Systems Engineer in Woburn, Massachusetts to lead architectures and requirements for Ground Based Radar (GBR) systems. You will drive system-level design, verification, and integration with software teams to deliver high-performing radar solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in DoD system engineering, strong MATLAB/DOORS experience, and proven leadership in complex system integration and testing. Excellent communication with leadership and customers is essential.

Formación

BS or MS in Engineering, Science, Math or related discipline.
8+ years experience in an engineering role with system integration and/or test of complex, large scale DoD systems.
Advanced knowledge of radar/sensors, ship systems, system integration and test.
Experience with MATLAB and DOORS; demonstrated leadership in integration/test.
Experience presenting technical information to leaders or customers.

Responsabilidades

Lead the development of architectures and requirements to define, characterize, and document Ground Based Radar (GBR) systems.
Contribute to architectural framework updates, system-of-system requirements, detailed algorithm descriptions, test scenario definitions, and verification approaches.
Conduct requirements analysis and benchmarking to validate algorithm designs and ensure system-level performance.
Collaborate closely with software and integration/test engineers to deliver innovative and high-performing radar solutions.
