What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide system analysis support for at least seven business systems within the application portfolio
• Collaborate with business and system owners and the development team in a fast-paced environment
• Define system scope and objectives based on user needs and develop application documentation
• Analyze and evaluate user needs to determine functional requirements and support system testing
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users while coordinating with the client for issue resolution

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business, or related discipline with 8 years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of Agile system analysis experience
• Strong team player capable of managing multiple assignments and adapting to changing client needs

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• ITIL v3 or v4 certification
