Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst to join the Security Master File (SMF) team in the Boston area. The role focuses on requirements gathering, translating needs into system design, and documenting specifications while supporting development of detailed specifications.

You’ll lead analysis for current applications and future initiatives, coordinating with business users, developers, managers and testers to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience in technical data analysis.
• Ability to conduct system analysis meetings with stakeholders and business.
• Ability to develop system design documents.
• Ability to develop project plans with achievable milestones and deadlines.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to articulate issues and propose viable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as systems project coordinator for assigned projects, tracking milestones and SDLC documentation.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams.
• Analyze requirements and create functional specs for developers with data modelling, dataflow, screen design, and workflow analysis.
• Guide product specifications design sessions within SMF and GoldenSource teams and identify solutions.
• Perform System Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing.
