Job summary

Contact Government Services (CGS) is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support a large Federal agency. The role involves designing and documenting complex IT systems, coordinating with COR, case managers, and attorneys, and leading a technical team to deliver timely, high-quality work.

The ideal candidate has extensive Relativity experience, ARM workflow expertise, and strong communication skills. The position is based in Washington state with a full-time on-site engagement and a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Relativity platforms.
• Experience creating ARM workflows and SOPs.
• Broad knowledge of government IT environments.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
• Ability to design and implement a full system solution for attorney needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and document workflow processes for materials in accordance with destruction/deletion policy and applicable instruction.
• Consult with COR, Government Case Managers, and trial attorneys on IT requirements and approaches.
• Define system requirements and design the full system to meet them.
• On smaller projects, perform the full range of technical tasks including validations and testing.
• Prepare system/technical documentation and reports; supervise assigned staff.
• Organize and conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
• Report on contract and task order progress; ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables.
