Qualifications

• Experience analyzing systems, writing standards, and training others.
• Knowledge of IT systems, programming languages, and software/hardware concepts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and procedures to identify automation and improvement opportunities.
• Evaluate alternatives with cost/benefit analyses to guide decisions.
• Document input, output, data, reporting requirements for systems changes.
• Prepare detailed specifications for programs, system operations, and processes.
• Support system upgrades, maintenance, and problem resolution.
• Provide technical assistance for applications and hardware issues in a customer service environment.
