Job summary

Atwell, LLC in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support the infrastructure behind our growing national organization. Depending on experience, this position may be filled at the Senior Systems Administrator level.

You’ll work across Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, VMware, storage, backup, monitoring, networking, and automation technologies, with opportunities to lead projects and mentor other Technology team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration or related role.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization.
• Experience with enterprise backup/recovery technologies and storage.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain, patch, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Administer Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and related services.
• Support Microsoft 365 and hybrid identity services.
• Manage access control and security baselines.
• Administer SAN/NAS storage and backup platforms.
• Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents.
• Develop automation scripts and standardized deployments.
• Participate in projects and influence architectural decisions.
