Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Systems Administrator to independently manage Windows and Linux systems in classified environments. You will oversee AD, GPOs, patching, and security, while mentoring junior staff and leading complex change control initiatives.

The role requires strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) and experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper‑V). Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI clearance and relevant DoD-aligned certifications.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Hands-on Windows and Linux systems administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, and domain-connected systems.
• Experience interpreting and remediating DISA STIG findings.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper‑V).
• Scripting with PowerShell and Bash.
• Ability to research and resolve complex problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server/desktop and Linux systems in classified environments.
• Manage AD, GPOs, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, and related services.
• Create, test, and troubleshoot GPOs and RIS configurations.
• Lead patching via WSUS or equivalent, including reporting and remediation.
• Interpret DISA STIGs; implement and validate remediations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot VMware/Hyper‑V environments.
• Investigate issues across OS, identity, apps, virtualization, storage, and network dependencies.
• Develop automation with PowerShell, Bash for repeatable tasks.
• Plan changes, upgrades, migrations with rollback and documentation.
• Mentor junior admins and drive technical improvements.
