Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own server operations including hardware and OS maintenance
• Install, configure, and patch servers and desktops

• Perform backups, DB administration, and file recovery
• Analyze capacity and plan resource utilization
• Direct testing of system components and improvements
• Assist users with IT needs and incident resolution
• Ensure high quality transmission across networks
• Perform routine hardware and software installations
