Job summary

Constellation Technologies, Inc. seeks an experienced IT Systems Administrator to support DoD IT systems under a federal contract in Maryland. The role requires US citizenship, an active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph, and at least 10 years of SA experience on comparable programs.

Bachelor’s in a technical field or 14 years of SA experience is required; DoD 8570 IAM Level 1 compliance is also required. The candidate will help implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems across

Qualifications

• US Citizenship required.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Ten (10) years’ experience as a SA on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university or 14 years of SA experience in lieu of a degree.
• DoD 8570 compliance with IAM Level 1 is required.
• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of IT systems and IT system infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution.
• Support day-to-day IT systems operations, monitoring and problem resolution for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices.
• Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and related network components.
• Communicate status and resolutions to agency management and internal customers; assist in dispatch system and hardware issue resolution.
