Job summary

Reflexive Concepts, LLC is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join a small, autonomous team supporting secure enclave development networks. You will conduct testing, develop SOPs, and maintain system security while managing access and recovery procedures.

The role requires extensive Windows and Linux administration, VMware expertise, and DoD RMF knowledge, with an active TS/SCI clearance and Full-Scope Polygraph.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 15 years of experience as a System Administrator OR High school diploma with 20 years' experience as a System Administrator.
• Experience with Windows Server Administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
• Familiarity with Linux Server Administration.
• VMware/ESXi and VMware vCenter experience.
• Networking Switching and Router Management.
• VMware Virtual Networking.
• Storage Management (NetApp).
• Hardware and Operating System troubleshooting.
• System hardening.
• Security Compliance Scanning (Nessus, ACAS).
• Understanding of project design within the scope of security (RMF) requirements.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance with current Full-Scope Polygraph (MPO) (CI within 6 years).
• Active DoD IAT Level II certification (e.g., CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP).
• Ability to demonstrate cyber/IT related experience with attention to detail, customer service, oral and written communication, and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional and connectivity testing to ensure continuing operability.
• Develop and document systems administration standard operating procedures.
• Maintain baseline system security according to organizational policies.
• Manage accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment.
• Plan, execute, and verify data redundancy and system recovery procedures.
• Install, update, and troubleshoot systems and servers.
• Comply with organization systems administration standard operating procedures.
• Implement and enforce local network usage policies and procedures.
• Manage system and server resources including performance, capacity, availability, serviceability, and recoverability.
• Monitor and maintain system and server configurations.
• Perform repairs on faulty system and server hardware.
• Troubleshoot hardware/software interface and interoperability problems.
