Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of systems administration experience.
• Hands-on Entra ID / Azure AD expertise.
• Hands-on Microsoft Intune in production.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration for end users.
• Experience with Windows endpoint management and device compliance.
• Experience with macOS and Jamf or similar.
• Onboarding/offboarding workflows ownership.
• Strong knowledge of identity and endpoint concepts.
• Hardware lifecycle, asset tracking, procurement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Administer and improve Entra ID / Azure AD and user lifecycle management.
• Manage Microsoft 365 administration across Exchange Online and licensing.
• Own Intune administration for Windows endpoint management and deployment.
• Support Jamf administration for Apple devices and lifecycle operations.
• Own onboarding and offboarding workflows across identity and SaaS access.
• Provision and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot issues at endpoint and platform levels across identity and policy.
• Manage software deployment, patching coordination, and licensing.
• Maintain asset inventory and device assignment tracking.
• Support access for core business systems and SaaS apps.
• Handle escalated issues including authentication problems.
• Support office IT operations and meeting rooms equipment.
• Create and maintain provisioning, administration, and troubleshooting docs.
• Identify gaps to improve scalability, consistency, and security.
