Swarm Aero is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to own the day-to-day technology experience for employees and grow into a Systems Administrator as the company scales. You will work hands-on across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure, helping engineers and operators deploy autonomous aircraft.

The role requires Microsoft 365 administration experience and comfort with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in IT support or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365.
• Comfortable with Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting skills.
• Experience provisioning and supporting business laptops and hardware.
• Ability to troubleshoot beyond the immediate user symptom across endpoint, identity, app, permissions, or network.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage day-to-day IT support queue; prioritize and resolve employee issues.
• Administer users, groups, licenses, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and resources.
• Perform day-to-day administration of Entra ID.
• Support and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Manage user/group-based access to company resources.
• Troubleshoot account access, MFA, authentication, permissions, licensing, and service issues.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding across Microsoft 365.
• Provision, deploy, configure, and maintain employee laptops and hardware.
• Manage hardware and software lifecycle processes.
• Troubleshoot cross-system issues; avoid siloed application fixes.
• Document solutions, procedures, and repeatable processes.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive IT tasks.
• Collaborate with Systems Administration on advanced responsibilities (Intune, CA, SSO, IAM, Networking, Cloud).
