• SECRET clearance required.
• 10+ years of specialized IT experience with hands-on server and domain administration.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and directs the configuration and operation of information management systems.
• Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues.
• Conducts capacity and performance analysis and provides system configuration change and upgrade recommendations.
• Increases system administrator efficiency via automated tools and scripts; develops procedures and training.
• Provides end user training.
• Suggests technology directions aligned with business vision.
• Maintains and supports multiple locations remotely and locally.
• Supports upgrades and new installations of servers and applications.
• Directs other system administrators for day-to-day administration and performance optimization.
• Applies advanced knowledge of application networking including load balancing and fault tolerance.
• Performs vulnerability management.
