Qualifications

• Approximately 10 years of progressive enterprise IT experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and Intune.
• Proven success leading technical projects from evaluation to implementation.
• Exceptional documentation habits and clear procedural writing.
• Experience coordinating MSPs, vendors, and external partners.
• Able to work independently, prioritize, and drive initiatives to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in technology projects across cloud services and infrastructure.
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities; drive improvements with limited oversight.
• Evaluate technologies and vendors; develop proofs-of-concept and comparisons.
• Coordinate internal resources, providers, and stakeholders to deliver outcomes.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams.
• Maintain documentation, runbooks, diagrams, and knowledge articles.
• Ensure documentation is understandable and maintainable.
• Evaluate work timing for internal, automated, or external execution.
• Support help desk effectiveness through escalation analysis and process improvement.
• Provide timely communications about projects, upgrades, outages and status.
• Stay current with emerging technologies to improve reliability and efficiency.
• Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
