Job summary

Anemoi Predictive Technology LLC is seeking a senior practitioner to own daily oversight and ongoing improvement of systematic US-equity trading. You will balance disciplined risk control with thorough review of fills, exposures, and changing market conditions from a remote position in the United States.

You will work with a small team, own important decisions, and document work for peer review. The role includes performance-based compensation and equity eligibility based on role and level.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in systematic trading or electronic markets.
• Direct experience with US-equity execution and market structure.
• Calm, documented decision-making under live-market pressure.

• Investigate slippage, drift, and unusual market behavior.

Base salary: $225,000–$325,000 USD, based on experience
