Job summary

State Street Investment Management in Boston is seeking a seasoned investment professional to join the Systematic Fixed Income Investment Team. You will construct and manage indexed fixed income portfolios, including ETFs, ensuring alignment with risk targets and investment objectives.

The role sits within SSIM's Global Fixed Income Solutions, a team of 100+ investment professionals managing $850B in indexed exposures, collaborating across risk and investment functions to deliver market-leading

Qualifications

• 5-10 years financial industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and client-facing experience.
• Ability to initiate and manage projects, problem solve and multi-task.
• Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate degree and/or CFA Charterholder.

Responsibilities

• Construct and manage indexed fixed income portfolios, including ETFs, ensuring they are invested in accordance with their risk targets and investment objectives.
• Maintain a deep understanding of global fixed income markets and market structure.
• Manage risk effectively from a multitude of angles and collaborate with investment and risk teams to improve portfolio management.
• Maintain fiduciary standards at the highest level.
