Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Senior System Thermal Engineer to design and validate air- and liquid-cooled solutions for next-generation AI and compute servers. You will perform CFD analyses, instrument systems, and support bring-up to ensure performance and manufacturability.

You will work with cross-functional hardware teams to embed thermal requirements into layouts and racks, driving data-driven improvements across the design cycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering required.
• 8+ years in hands-on thermal design for servers or high-power electronics; liquid cooling experience preferred.
• Ability to translate thermal data into practical design changes and communicate across teams.
• Experience with CFD and lab instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• System thermal design for air- and liquid-cooled platforms.
• Perform CFD/thermal simulations to optimize layout and cooling margins.
• Lab validation with temperature, flow, and pressure sensors.
• Support EVT/DVT/PVT bring-up and ramp for production.
• Collaborate with mechanical, hardware, power, and manufacturing teams.
