Job summary

Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems in Palmdale, CA, is seeking a System Test Engineer / Principal System Test Engineer to join our Test & Evaluation team on-site. You will synthesize contract needs into test solutions and perform duties across electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and software areas.

Qualifications

• Active US Government Top Secret clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP clearance
• Experience in system test, SW development and/or Systems Engineering
• Experience with Windows/Linux OS and Virtual Machines (VMs)

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, execution, peer review, and release of test procedures
• Participate in Formal and Non-Formal Test execution events
• Participate in test planning, discrepancy reports, validation testing, and post-test data analysis
• Provide support of required laboratory test artifacts
• Effectively communicate test results and project updates
• Willing to support multiple shifts and odd hours for testing efforts
