Job summary

L3Harris Technologies seeks a Senior Specialist, System Security Engineer with a Collateral Secret clearance for on-site work in Palm Bay, FL or Rochester, NY. You will apply SYSSEC methods across the system life cycle, develop RMF/A&A packages, and coordinate with Government customers to ensure secure solutions.

The role requires 6+ years of relevant experience or a graduate degree with 4+ years, and a valid Collateral Secret clearance. On-site work only.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• Minimum of Collateral Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Applies current Systems Security Engineering methods to ensure security throughout system life cycle.
• Prepare Certification and Accreditation documentation to achieve security authorization.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to address security needs and requirements.
• Work on-site in lab environment with no remote options.
