Erias Ventures is seeking a System Security Engineer to support a CISO client with the development and maintenance of an enterprise-wide Information Security program. The role emphasizes senior-level engagement with mission leads and system owners to drive secure architecture across multiple domains.

Ideal candidates will have ISSO/ISSE/ISSM experience, strong RMF and NIST controls knowledge, and the ability to work independently within a growth-oriented, diverse team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as an ISSO, ISSE, or ISSM.
• Experience gathering requirements and engaging stakeholders in working groups.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM).
• Knowledge of system or security architecture; ability to work in an Enterprise-level organization.

Responsibilities

• Support CISO client with enterprise-wide IS program development and policy.
• Engage with system owners and mission leads on security architecture across multiple groups.
• Apply RMF/NIST 800-53 controls to enterprise systems; assess residual risk.
